Shipping & Returns information.
Shipping:
Shipping costs are estimated and displayed during the checkout process, before order completion.
Returns:
Customer has 30 days from the date of the order to return an item. In order to receive a refund the customer must have their receipt, and a Return Authorization Number. The returned item(s) must be unused, not damaged, and in its original packaging. (Note: If the item was damaged or defective upon receipt, you must notify us immediately. If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give complete satisfaction and you need to return it or exchange it, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning the item to us.
Items returned with their receipt and within 30 days will receive a complete refund, minus original shipping costs (if applicable). Items being returned for exchange will be charged an additional shipping charge when items are reshipped.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid (we will not accept return items shipped to us C.O.D.).
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from Eleanorrozellas.com. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment.
