This guarantee must be exercised within 30 days from the date of the order.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from Eleanorrozellas.com. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment.
2b. Return Policy: Customer has 30 days from the date of the order to return an item. Customer must have their receipt. The product must be returned in its original box and packed inside of a protective shipping box. (Note: If the item was damaged or defective upon receipt, you must notify us immediately. You can reach us at (317) 774-8393 or via email (click here) .) If the customer does not have their receipt, and the return is being made within 30 days of purchase, they will receive a store-credit. There will be no refunds or exchanges after 30 days from the purchase date.
If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give complete satisfaction and you need to return it or exchange it, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning the item to us.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid (we will not accept return items shipped to us C.O.D.).

2c. Shoe Policy: Please try on your new shoes on a DRY CLEAN SURFACE, to make sure they fit correctly. We CANNOT exchange shoes that have been used or worn. SHOES MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION TO BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold: Eleanorrozellas.com makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the Eleanorrozellas.com except as stated herein. Including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. YOU AGREE that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Eleanorrozellas.com arising from any product sold on this site shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Eleanorrozellas.com, its employees or representatives be liable for any damages related to either the product sold or use of said product.

Should you find your product to be defective and you want to file a warranty claim, it will be your responsiblity to pay for shipping and insurance costs to return it to Eleanorrozellas.com. If the product defect warrants a claim and is within the warranty period, Eleanorrozellas.com will ship you a new product at no charge to replace the defective product. If the original product is no longer available, we will ship a similar product. In the case where a suitable replacement can not be located, you will receive a refund equal to the original price paid for the product.

You do not have to have a Paypal account in order to use this service for order placement. Once on the Paypal site, you may use a credit card, your Paypal account, or other payment options shown to pay for your order. Please be sure to provide a correct billing address and telephone number. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
